    Thank you for this insightful article. As a board member and past volunteer Development Chair, you constantly inspire me and open my mind to new perspectives and approaches. Have I done all that I could possibly do? Really? And, much like the Positive Coaching Alliance, I would presume that most Board Members will respond better to positive support rather than criticism. Thank you for all you do.

And you’re so right about positive support rather than criticism. Maybe if we all just reminded ourself — as we are criticizing a situation or person …… How can I turn this around? How might this have been avoided? How can we prevent rather than intervene? How can we intervene without criticism but rather showing a better way? Let’s all just try, eh?
