Andrea Chiriboga-Flor has worked on housing issues in BIPOC communities for over 10 years and was inspired to do community work by her time spent in her mother country of Ecuador. She was first hired as an organizer by 9to5 Colorado in 2014, where she built out their housing justice program, including a legal program. In 2023 she transitioned that program into a separate nonprofit, Justice for the People Legal Center, where she is the group’s executive director.
