Anne Tapp has worked in the gender anti-violence movement for more than 35 years and has served as the Executive Director at Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN) since 1997. Anne continues to be inspired by the creativity, passion, courage, and determination of survivors and the remarkable staff and volunteers at SPAN. She believes that this next generation of activists and advocates are paving the way for real equity and systemic change in our movements and our world.
