Becky Payne is president and CEO of the Rippel Foundation, serves on the board of directors for the Decatur Education Foundation, and has been recognized by the Atlanta City Council for her community service. Over the last 20 years, Payne has served in several leadership roles within the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where she led the development of the federal plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience (ElTRR).
