Dipty steers the National Consulting and Advisory Services team at FMA, collaborating internally and with capacity-builders across the country to improve the way nonprofit organizations build operational excellence. She is passionate about making nonprofit organizations stronger and more resilient, with the infrastructure they need to be sustainable organizations and achieve their mission. Prior to joining FMA, Dipty worked on International Human Rights issues with the ACLU Women's Rights Project as a Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow, later working with the Safe Harbor Asylum Law Clinic and Urban Justice Center. She began her accounting career in Audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
