Felicia Griffin (she/her) has had the privilege to serve in many leadership roles during the last 20 years of working in the nonprofit sector. Griffin has worked on the local, state, and national level to pass policies that provide critical support families need to thrive. She is deeply committed to opening the doors of opportunity for communities and people who have been left out of the “American dream.” Griffin is cofounder and coexecutive director of Transformative Leadership for Change, and president of Sweet Magnolia Consulting.
