Gretchen Van der Veer is the CEO of Fair Chance, a social change organization that collaborates with communities impacted by racism, discrimination, and poverty through transformational capacity building, convening and mobilizing nonprofit networks, partnering with philanthropy, and advocating with the government. She also convenes the Coalition for Nonprofit Equity in Washington, DC, working with other nonprofit and philanthropy leaders to raise awareness of the need for fair compensation and more equitable partnerships between funders and nonprofit service providers.
