Jeff Gingerich is assistant professor of sociology at Bluffton College. He worked as an interviewer for the Manpower Demonstration Research Corporation's Project on Devolution and Urban Change in Philadelphia. His research has focused on racial segregation in religious organizations, and currently he is studying the application of restorative justice principles in criminal procedures.
