Jennifer Kramm has a background in new business development and philanthropy. In Thrivent Financial’s strategic development department Jennifer developed social enterprises resulting in two successful ventures, helping her gain an enterprise perspective on what organizations need from leadership. At Propel Nonprofits, Jennifer supports boards of directors’ development and supports strategy development.
