Kim Graziani is a Senior Advisor at the Center for Community Progress, where she helped build and lead the technical assistance program that has served over 300 communities in 35 states. She is considered a leading national expert in land banks, and her recent work has focused on advancing racial justice through partnerships with land banks and community land trusts, as well as reforms to the delinquent property tax enforcement system.
