Madeline McNeely is the founder of Conditioning Leaders LLC and an instructor at Harvard Extension School. Her practice focuses on leaders and organization development rooted in belonging, equity, inclusion, and diversity; and justice principles and practices. She holds a master’s in education and is a certified somatic coach.
