Paul Sturm is a consultant to nonprofit organizations who has led three nonprofits as executive director and served on nearly a dozen boards of directors. He co-authored The Nonprofit Organizational Culture Guide: Revealing the Hidden Truths that Impact Performance (Jossey-Bass, 2011) and has taught nonprofit management at the University of Baltimore and Notre Dame of Maryland University.
