Pavitra Menon is a senior consultant at CRE. Pavitra manages leadership and management development programs, in addition to consulting work. Before joining CRE, she was at Ernst and Young in India, where she worked on a variety of human resource interventions, including organization design, competency frameworks, compensation, and recruitment.
