Ruth Santiago is an environmental and community lawyer residing in the municipality of Salinas in Southeastern Puerto Rico, where she has worked with community and environmental groups, fisher’s associations, and other organizations for over 30 years. Ruth Santiago serves on the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council, as well as the Earthjustice Board.
