Steve Williamson has worked as both a consultant and a head of HR for nearly 30 years. He is the founder of The New World Network, a network of senior practitioners devoted to developing and implementing the tools and conversations of the collaborative-democratic world of work. He is a co-author of SYMLOG, an internationally used methodology for assessing teams and organizations, and has authored many other tools and assessments, including The Compleat Consultant and the HIPLAY system for team development.
