Therese E. Yanan is an attorney with the Native American Disability Law Center. She has been privileged to work with Native American communities across the Four Corners for the past 30 years. For over 10 years, her individual clients have been Native American children in the state child welfare system under the protection of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
