Tomás Durán is the California President for Chicanos Por La Causa, where he leads the expansion of the storied Phoenix-based nonprofit into the Golden State. Durán is also a partner in Concerned Capital, Inc., where he works with a small team dedicated to preserving living-wage jobs and assists retiring owners of small manufacturing businesses to sell their firms to their employees.
