Tracey Coule is reader in nonprofit governance and organization at Sheffield Business School, U.K., and a coleader of the multidisciplinary Centre for Voluntary Sector Research at Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. Her current research focuses on the nature of organizing and managing work in nonprofit organizations, and the policy context in which this occurs.
