Anasa Troutman is the founder and leader of The Big We, Big We Foundation, Big We Capital, and Historic Clayborn Temple—home of the 1968 sanitation workers’ strike in historically Black South Memphis. Leaning into the future of social impact, her cultural wellness framework and culture shift methodology come together to cultivate safety, abundance, and joy for all through storytelling, public engagement, and strategic investment.
