Etta D. Jackson, Ph.D. earned her doctorate from the Graduate School of Leadership and Change at Antioch University in 2020. Jackson’s research provides a “how” response to the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by engaging the government and key stakeholders of an informal settlement in Kisumu, Kenya, and through the analysis of geospatial data.
