Jason Wiener, Esquire is the founding partner of an internationally reputed boutique law and business consulting practice that specializes in cooperative law, employee ownership, and non-extractive capital and securities offerings. Jason advises on worker-cooperative conversions, multi-stakeholder ownership conversions, and complex multi-entity designs for mutualistic and community-stewarded enterprises. Jason also leads the firm’s Healing Law practice. Jason is a commissioner and former chair of the Colorado Employee Ownership Commission.
