

Nhan Truong is a senior research associate at GLSEN—formerly the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network—and an adjunct assistant professor in research at San Diego State University’s Graduate School of Public Health. Truong has an extensive track record of LGBTQ-related research, as well as experience as a researcher in nonprofit organizations such as My Brother’s Keeper and Building Movement Project. He has spearheaded research projects on HIV risk/ testing among African-American MSM (men who have sex with men) and has published research about sexual minority youth of color in schools.
