Rachel Forgash is a PhD student in the Political Science department at UCLA. She studies political theory with a focus on climate politics, feminist theory, and materialism. Rachel is Unit Chair of UAW 2865 at UCLA, the union that represents 19,000 teaching assistants, tutors, and readers across the University of California, and she sits on the bargaining committee.
