Scarlet joined NPQ in Spring 2015. She comes with five years in media advertising, specializing in client finance and now over eight years of operational management experience with NPQ. Scarlet has a master’s degree in International Conflict Analysis from the University of Kent, in Canterbury, England, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University, in Washington, D.C. Originally from the Bronx in New York City, she now resides in Austin, Texas. She manages operations, advertising, and customer service matters at NPQ, and your main point of contact with inquiries.
