Shanae’ Calhoun is the founder and CEO of Willow Consulting, where she is a coach and consultant to women of color in leadership and social justice changemakers. She has 14 years of experience building people power as a community organizer, including 10 years as the executive director of a congregation-based community organization, where faith communities work together toward systemic change. Calhoun is a community organizer, elder of her local church, wife, and mother to three teenage and young-adult daughters.
