Aron Goldman is a racial equity consultant, working independently and as a trainer/advisor for the Association of Black Foundation Executives, better known as ABFE. Goldman is an experienced organizational development consultant, nonprofit manager, board leader, facilitator, trainer, writer/editor, educator, and activist. He is also an enthusiastic father, runner, open water swimmer, mediocre guitarist, podcast host, and falafel aficionado.
