

Wendy O. Osefo is a professor and higher education administrator based in Baltimore, Maryland. Her area of expertise is urban policy and education. As a researcher, Wendy examines how race and class influence the learning, achievement, and educational trajectories of African American and other non-dominant students in urban school and community settings. Her research focuses on the intersections between race, equity, and underserved student groups in K-12 and post-secondary learning communities. Currently, Wendy serves as the Director of the Master of Arts in Management program at Goucher College.
