Cassandra Heliczer: I continue to be very very impressed with ‘How to be an Anti-Racist Supervisor,’ and the reason that one has stayed with me so much, is that I think work justice is going to be a very very big thing. I was very surprised by what Kim-Monique Johnson, what she actually said in that article. I never had that understanding that the way we talk about work now goes back to factory, which is rooted in slavery language. And that just blew my mind. And I think it’s a very important article.
