NPQ is able to stay current and provide practice-based wisdom to the nonprofit sector because our writing is produced and informed by experts and practitioners on the ground. We’re always looking to learn from people working in the civic sector; if you are interested in being part of our community, we’d love to hear from you.
Many in our writer community have years of experience in nonprofits, philanthropy, or movement settings. Their work in nonprofits and civic organizations has helped them become like chess masters about the sector we cover, able to sense past moves and future trends in a way that is of deep use to other practitioners. They are students of organizations, fundraising, and governance, focused on economic development and racial equity. Their highly informed work makes up the majority of what we publish each day and they keep us connected to work being done on the ground, so they’re a critical part of NPQ’s success.
