Thanks to Minneapolis city officials and American Indian leaders, there is hope for a growing homeless encampment in Minnesota.

According to the Star Tribune, Mayor Jacob Frey recently announced that local service agencies will have a special focus on helping the rapidly expanding tent city between Hiawatha and Cedar Avenues.
