

Nadia Owusu leads Living Cities’ communications work, which focuses on harnessing the power of story, information, and technology to deepen and accelerate promising approaches to address poverty and inequality in cities across the United States. Nadia graduated from Pace University with a BA in political science, and she has an MS from Hunter College’s Department of Urban Affairs and Planning. She is currently enrolled in Mountainview’s MFA creative writing program, where she is working on an essay collection about race, place, gender, and identity. Nadia serves on the board of ioby, and is on the Andrew Goodman Foundation’s Millennial Advisory Committee.
