Micah Gilmer is a strategist who helps social change leaders think about their goals, plans, and impact. He co-leads Frontline Solutions, a consulting firm that serves dozens of nonprofits working across the country on issues of inequality and racial equity. Micah has a PhD in cultural anthropology from Duke, and he teaches courses on social change at UNC Chapel Hill. His thinking and writing focus on race, masculinity, and the future of Black America.
