Sean Thomas-Breitfeld is codirector of the Building Movement Project (BMP). Prior to joining BMP, Sean spent a decade working in various roles at the Center for Community Change, and as a policy analyst at the National Council of La Raza. Sean is an adjunct assistant professor at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, where he teaches a class on race, identity, and inclusion in organizations.
