August 2, 2010; Source: Press of Atlantic City | South Jersey Legal Services plans to lay off a third of its staff by the end of the year, including a quarter of its lawyers due to waning funding in the state’s legal trust fund accounts. The cuts will result in 3,500 fewer people served.
