    Or maybe the Federal Government could change the laws that Prescription Drugs that are so addictive can not be prescribed for someone outside of the hospital or medical facility or without strict medical supervision. Can someone still get them off the street? Ofcourse, but it could stop one avenue of availability that cost my family member his LIFE!

    Colorado’s experiment with cannabis legalization has shown a dramatic decrease in opioid overdoses. Not only that, it has generated a lot of tax revenue to fund public works, plus created lots of jobs. Cannabis/hemp legalization, made federal, would kill two birds with one stone: revitalize the economy (thereby dramatically lessening the causes of addiction) and providing a pain reliever that is far less harmful than opioids.
