For today’s note, I, on behalf of the Editorial Committee of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Project, am standing in for Ruth. We wanted to alert you to a wonderful project NPQ has been working on with the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network for the past several months. NPQ and YNPN are giving a space to young writers to express their thoughts on diversity and justice in today’s world.

Today, we published the inaugural article of the project, which was written by Ross Jackson and reflects his experiences working in the world of nonprofit theater. Another 23 articles will follow over the coming months, and we invite you to join us in following the series.
