    Yea it’s tragic that the world has been overrun by so many people doing spam, those of us that are trying to do it ethically and for good reason are being punished.

    In my opinion it really does come down to quality of your content. If you’re constantly promoting me me me and donate donate donate your subscribers will get tired of your communications very quickly. Create content that matters to them, helps them, and inspires them and you will have a better chance when you do ask for something in return. Applying this content model is critical for any nonprofit these days.

    Over 30% spam rate recently is kind of ridiculous – it’s a sad state and an uphill battle.
