    Great job describing the issues. We should never be afraid to say “This gift is great, thank you! However, it has limited use because (fill-in-the-blank). Could we talk about a change?” Any in-kind gift should be matched with information about how it can REALLY support a mission.

    Good article. It can reach a wider audience (and, perhaps, agreement) by explaining that CPC means Cost Per Click (a formula used to price online advertisements, in which advertisers will pay Internet publishers based on the number of clicks a specific ad gets), and SEM is Search Engine Marketing. Walk the talk–beware the jargon (irony intended).
