Aldita Gallardo (she/they/ella) is a resource mobilizer, organizer, and facilitator based in Oakland, CA, on Ohlone Land. Currently, she serves as the Senior Program Associate for the Fund for Trans Generations at Borealis Philanthropy. She is an alumna of the Grantmakers United for Trans Communities (GUTC) Leadership Fellowship with Funders for LGBTQ Issues and Justice Funders’ Harmony Initiative. Committed to equity and shifting practices in philanthropy, she has been organizing at the intersections of racial and gender justice, trans/queer liberation, immigrant rights, and youth leadership development for over a decade. A Northwestern University graduate, she serves on the advisory boards of El/La Para Trans Latinas and Ministerio Latino, both in the San Francisco Bay Area. She enjoys spending time in nature, working on puzzles, and tweeting @ladycaucau.
