Caroline Crumpacker is cofounder and principal of Ultra Advising, a consulting group dedicated to a flourishing nonprofit ecosystem and a truly public sector. Previously, she worked in leadership positions at arts organizations, including Opus 40, The Public Theater, and WNET. She is also a poet (author of Astrobolism and three chapbooks) and editor with Belladonna Collaborative.
