Carolyn Edsell-Vetter (they/she) is the program director at the Cooperative Fund of the Northeast. Prior to CFNE, they led the conversion of A Yard & A Half Landscaping to a worker co-op—and served as its co-CEO. The daughter of Cuban immigrants, Edsell-Vetter is particularly interested in how immigrants, people of color, and others facing structural barriers are using shared ownership to create social and economic justice.
