Chuck Bell is the programs director for Consumer Reports, where he engages in advocacy regarding financial fairness issues and digital finance. Bell also serves as an advisor to We the Patients New York, which is involved in the statewide End Medical Debt campaign, and is on NPQ’s board of directors.
