Ciara Segura leads research and strategy initiatives at the Equitable Food Oriented Development (EFOD) collaborative and previously was the coexecutive director of Mandela Partners. In her current role, she focuses on amplifying funding models that move integrated capital to frontline communities, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and designing tools to measure the collective impacts of EFOD’s member network.
