Cliff Rosenthal wrote the first concept paper calling for a CDFI Fund. He cofounded the CDFI Coalition and led the organization of community development credit unions now known as Inclusiv for 30 years. In October 2024, he will be inducted into the national Cooperative Hall of Fame.
