Daniel Altschuler, DPhil, holds a doctorate in politics from the University of Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He is coauthor of the book, The Promise of Participation: Can Participatory Governance Bolster Citizen Engagement and Democracy? (Palgrave MacMillan, 2013).
