Daniel L. Hatcher is Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore, teaching the Civil Advocacy Clinic. He previously worked for the Maryland Legal Aid Bureau and the Children’s Defense Fund. He is author of The Poverty Industry: The Exploitation of America's Most Vulnerable Citizens.
