Dr. Patrick G. Duggan, a Harvard graduate and a former pastor has worked with churches and their properties since 1998. He has served as executive director of the United Church of Christ (UCC) Church Building and Loan Fund (CB&LF) since 2012. CB&LF offers development services and financing for the redevelopment of real estate owned by UCC and other Christian churches in the United States.
