Eli Moore is a researcher and strategist at the Othering and Belonging Institute and a cohost of the Real Solutions podcast series. Eli’s first community action was on the picket line in the womb when his mom was a nurse on strike. Growing up in a mixed-class and mixed-race community, he witnessed the multiple Americas and the walls that hold up their hierarchy. Eli’s work has focused on facilitating participatory action research to build power and shift policy toward greater justice for all.
