Fern Orie (Oneida) is chief program officer and executive vice president of advocacy and strategic partnerships at Oweesta, a national Native community development financial institution (CDFI) intermediary. Previously, Orie was the founding CEO of the Wisconsin Native Loan Fund, a Native CDFI she led from 2007 to 2021.
