Frank E. Crump is president and founder of UPI Loan Fund, a CDFI-certified nonprofit founded in 2020 as a compassionate alternative to predatory loans. With more than two decades in the nonprofit sector, Frank is known for advocating in communities of color for compassionate lending, debt relief for Black farmers, and instilling life skills for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
